So Sunday was Valentines day and it seems that most people who have someone love it! As for others who are single are happy to be with themselves and goes and buys themselves a box of chocolates to eat all for themselves! This year was different for me. I was able to spend it with my parents and my brother and his wife. We went over to his house for dinner. I also asked if Esther could come along. So the two of us got to hang out with each with a guy not really around! We had fun getting presents for each other!
I do have a boyfriend, who happened to call me Sunday night, or actually I called him. It has been interesting being in a long distance relationship. I find it fun, but kinda scary at the same time. Fun because you don't exactly know when and how you will see each other next, but kinda scary thinking that you will find a person you can actually see and be around more than you do right now. Right now we are just going with what comes along. I have loved talking to him on the phone, even if it was to just comfort him in his time of lose. It is so hard to loose someone in your life and to have to start over in some ways, and then just trying to keep trudging through the mush that was put in front of you. So I guess you would say that I wasn't single on V-day, but I did somewhat spend it like that! Only with the advantage of being able to call my boyfriend later on in the evening!
